First Impressions
Ranked #2 with 150 votes.
I love this one so much that I bought it for my husband, because it feels very cool and very expensive.
It’s a leather scent that’s truly “clear.”
Scent Profile and Character
The most prominent note is Leather
But it’s not just dry, hard leather alone It has floral sweetness, especially Jasmine This makes the scent look more expensive, not too raw.
This scent can deliver 2 personalities:
On days you dress casually, it can go raw
On days you dress sharp, it becomes a cool, expensive masculine scent
Longevity
This one lasts all day.
If you’re looking for a scent that stays with you long without frequent reapplication, this delivers.
Background
Originally, Ombre Leather was in Tom Ford’s Private Blend line, which is very high-priced.
Later, they made it into a regular version, and the scent is very close to the Private Blend.
There’s also a Parfum version that adds more wood and iris for extra depth.
Who It’s For
Those who love clear leather scents
People who want a serious cool look
Those who want all-day longevity
Who It Might Not Be For
Those who prefer bright, fresh, fruity scents
People who don’t like leather-dominant fragrances
Summary
For me, Ombre Leather is one of the best leather scents out there.
It’s cool, it’s expensive, and it stays with you all day.
No surprise it ranked #2 in the voting!
